Returns

1. Return Period

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return one or more items. The deadline for returns is indicated in your order details.

2. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all products must meet the following conditions:
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, in perfect condition.
  • Clothing must have its original tags and packaging intact.
  • Cosmetic products, perfumes, and fragrances must be unused, unopened, and with all seals intact.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any marks or odors.
  • Socks, underwear, and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected or refunded partially at SAUCONY International’s discretion.

4. Return Methods and Costs

You can select the return method that best suits your needs. Return costs will be shown during the online return process.

If you are returning an item due to a confirmed defect, damage, or error on our part, SAUCONY International will cover all associated shipping costs.

Returns are also accepted in person at the address mentioned above.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned items reach our warehouse and pass inspection, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 3 additional business days to appear in your account.

6. Ineligible Returns

We cannot accept returns that:
  • Are sent after the 7-day return period has expired
  • Have missing or damaged original packaging
  • Include used, worn, or altered items
  • Contain hygiene-sensitive goods such as socks, underwear, or swimwear
